The spacious kitchen on the ground floor is the beating heart of La Quercia. Featuring a cooking island, dishwasher, two large refrigerators, and two ovens, it offers everything you need for culinary adventures. A separate wine refrigerator ensures your favorite wine is always at the perfect temperature.

A spacious guest toilet is also located on the ground floor. The utility room houses the washing machine and dryer.
The house accommodates eight people in four tastefully decorated bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have a spacious en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. All rooms are designed for peace and tranquility and are comfortably furnished, guaranteeing a good night's sleep.
Stepping outside from the kitchen or living room, you'll immediately experience the charm of La Quercia's terraces. On the eastern side of the house, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the morning terrace, while gently waking up with your first espresso. In the evenings, this terrace is the ideal spot to cozy up by the crackling fire in the fireplace. On the other side of the house, you'll find a large, inviting portico, complete with an outdoor dining area and a BBQ, perfect for cozy lunches and dinners al fresco. Here, too, is the spacious lounge area, perfect for drinks in the golden hour as the sun sets. La Quercia is not only a beautiful accommodation but also offers practical amenities. Access is via a private driveway with a private parking space for several cars. And there is charging station for your electric cars.

The beautiful swimming pool is the focal point of this enchanting location. With a generous 6,5 by 13 meters, it offers ample space for a refreshing dip and relaxing moments. On one side of the pool, you'll find a shallow end with wide steps, ideal for lounging, sitting, and soaking up the sun. On the other side, the pool is deeper, allowing you to dive and jump for a bit more excitement. A spacious portico offers shade and is a cozy spot for lunch, drinks, or dinner. Here you'll find the outdoor kitchen with a dishwasher and a large refrigerator, where you can easily prepare refreshments and snacks. A spacious dining table invites you to enjoy meals al fresco, overlooking the (illuminated) pool and with panoramic views of the Tiber Valley and the Sabina region.
The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace. Here you'll find plenty of sunbeds and deck chairs to relax and enjoy the Italian sun and the stunning views of the surrounding area. Two outdoor showers allow you to freshen up after a refreshing dip. A guest toilet (which also serves as a changing room) means you don't have to return to your accommodation. The pool guarantees fun and relaxation for all guests during their stay, whether you want to swim, sunbathe, or simply soak up the atmosphere. The pool is easily accessible from La Quercia via a private staircase. The pool is secured with a gate with a child-proof lock.
